I am 51 and have a degree in French and an expired certificate to teach it that I have never been able to use. I thus have something in common, albeit not a lot, with Anita and Debbie. Debbie, you and I have met a number of times. I don't know if you remember, but I used to substitute at Shamrock High and also observed your classes several times. I did so for educational classes I took at Ga. State and to complete sub teacher orientation. I haven't seen you to speak to in 15-20 years, so you may not remember me.
I was in the travel business before 9-11 and then went to paralegal school. I have held only one brief temp job in that field. I lived outside metro Atlanta for 2 1/2 years and worked in a hotel, the only job I could get in that rural area. I moved back to metro Atlanta in early 2008. I am not working at a regular job now and am still seeking paralegal work.
